All Trades offers 2 main options for garment decoration, Embroidery & Printing.
Embroidery
The age old method of decorating all types of garments is going strong as ever. Today instead of a single needle and thread, machines and computers and produce high quality logos with up to 15 colours, that outlast the garments.
We have invested in high quality Japanese Barudan embroidery machines, King Star cottons and a dedicated team of professionals that know their craft.

Printing
Like embroidery, Printing has changed over the centuries and with modern technology has continued to develop to allow and increasing range of colours and techniques to be used.
All Trades offers 3 types of printing which each have their strengths depending on your job.
Screen Print Transfer
Screen printing is the most commonly used method of printing today due to it being great to large runs of a limited amount of colours (usually 1-3). A screen is etched with your design and thick ink is squeegeed through onto the garment. Due to the setup, prep and clean up required most printers set minimums of 25 prints.
All Trades utilizes an evolution of screen printing where the ink is dried onto transfer paper with glue beads added. These transfers are then heat pressed onto the garment.
The advantages of this process is that we can stock your transfers ready for application at short notice and if you run small runs (less than 25) regularly this is perfect as we dont need to charge setup costs all the time.
Cut Vinyl
Cut vinyl is great for small runs of lettering and numbers and simple shapes. Its major draw back is that it only can be done in 1 colour per logo. The standard colours we stock are, Black, Navy & Reflective.
Your design is cut into the blank material with a CNC plotter, the excess material removed and then the design is heat pressed onto the garment.
Digital Transfer
With the rise of ever more sophisticated printing equipment, digital printing has become the standard for many printing applications and garment printing is no exception.
Digital print offers unlimited colours, shading and colour gradation all previously impossible to achieve with tradition decoration methods.
The quality and colour of digital print now makes them a great alternative to multi-colour screen printing. We utilize a transfer style of digital printing that allows us to offer minimum of 10 prints.
